About Cold Harbour Supply Inc.

As a Canadian-owned and operated business located in Toronto, our team has 30+ years of combined experience using, assembling, and working in and around night vision systems. Our dedication to creating reliable, high-performance night vision systems for all applications has led us to direct partnerships with some of the largest manufacturers in the world, including, but not limited to: Photonis Netherlands, Noctis Technologies, Cadex Defense, Team Wendy, Surefire, etc. Because of the need to provide devices, parts, and services to the law enforcement and armed forces sectors, we have also made substantial investments in our manufacturing and assembling capabilities in 2021, meeting and exceeding the capabilities of electro-optical divisions in the Canadian Armed Forces and many local Police Departments.

  • Capability

All of our systems are assembled in-house using precision night-vision-specific tools, nitrogen purged with our digital dry nitrogen purging rig, and then tested using the Hoffman Engineering ANV-126A-001 night vision test set. Each system will ship with a unique test report certifying the performance parameters of that system.

  • Inventory & Support

We consistently stock parts inventory to build, repair, or replace devices. Due to our strong partnership with Photonis and other suppliers, we have substantial inventory to fill most orders in our product line in 48 hours or less.

Bypass the cumbersome and sometimes costly US ITAR import/exportation process and deal with a wholly Canadian-based business, in Canadian Dollars.

  • Bespoke Solutions

If a product is unavailable or requires customization to meet a specific agency request, CHS leverages in-house experts, designers, and strong connections with local CNC and additive manufacturing partners to create bespoke solutions tailored to each department’s needs.

  • Experience

Through our retail channel, we have had experience working with members of the CAF, RCMP, local PDs, search-and-rescue, and consistently receive feedback from individuals fielding our devices. As end-users ourselves, we have logged substantial hours behind our entire product line. This feedback and experience is funneled into improvements in our process and product line.

Our Approach

Every agency's needs are different. Our approach consists of three key steps to get the exact equipment you need for today and tomorrow.

  1. A consultative telephone or video call to understand your current capabilities, gaps, and where your agency wants to be.
  2. Using this information, we assemble a select number of devices and come on-site to provide a no-obligation overview and demonstration, highlighting key differences and operational considerations. We will leave 3-4 devices for a Test & Evaluation period.
  3. At the conclusion of the T&E period, we will arrange for return shipping of the devices and have a follow-up call to debrief on critical features and finalize a quote.

For agency orders, we also offer a complimentary on-site equipment orientation session to review basic care & maintenance, troubleshooting, and best practices so your team can hit the ground running with the new equipment. Our support team is available to assist 24/7, 365 days a year via a dedicated email and telephone support line.
