This US Milspec PVS-14 Eyepiece is made by Qioptiq / Excelitas. Qioptiq has long been an OEM for Noctis Technologies (formerly Carson Industries) and regularly supplies and fulfills US and NATO military contracts.
These Qioptiq objectives are not commercial grade lenses and exceeds US Milspec lens standards in the areas of: rectilinear distortion, flare suppression, and fitment onto Milspec housings.
