Awesome team here at Cold Harbor Supply. I bought some of these Chad kini covers and had to submit a warranty. With some photos and explanation of what happened, the warranty department had no issues in helping me out getting new ones. They even took it a step further and two day shipped UPS them to me. I was very impressed on how they handled the situation. The product is great but like most things they do tend to break here and there. It is nice to know that Cold Harbor Supply will always stand by their warranty on these.
