This PGD ARCH Gen3 Demo helmet was used for trade-show display and LEO demonstrations. It has not been used in the field but may have some minor wear to due storage, it has been stored in a cool, dry, UV free environment. Pads have been washed. This is a black helmet in EXTRA LARGE sizing.

The Protection Group DK ARCH Gen3 helmet is a European-made ballistic helmet tested by an independent US DOD-certified facility to NIJ 0106.01 Level 3A standards and is capable of stopping most handgun threats and fragmentation. With the shell made in Eastern Europe from Kevlar Aramid fibre from Dupont, and the helmet finished in Denmark, the ARCH is rated to stop rounds up to a .44 Magnum, including the following:

• .44 magnum
• .357 SIG
• 9mm

Backface deformation circumference is limited to only 75mm around the impact area and backface deformation depth is reduced by up to 50% (according to HPW-TP-0401.01B IIIA), where the trauma is on average 11.2 mm against a 9mm.

Helmet sizing (head circumference) - if you're in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
