This US Milspec PVS-14 Eyepiece is made in Singapore by Qioptiq / Excelitas. Qioptiq has long been an OEM for Noctis Technologies (formerly Carson Industries) and regularly supplies and fulfills US and NATO military contracts.

Based on our testing it meets or exceeds US Milspec lens standards in the areas of: rectilinear distortion, ability to be collimated, eye relief, flare suppression, and fitment onto Milspec housings.
