Ranger640+/OFN640+

The Ranger 640 / OFN640+ represents a new category of thermal optic, purpose-built to bridge the gap between entry-level commercial systems and premium units like the PFalcon and RH25 series. Designed with familiar ergonomics and operational logic inspired by higher-end platforms, it delivers strong SWaP (Size, Weight, and Power) performance at a far more accessible price point.

At its core is a 640×512, 12μm sensor paired with a proprietary imaging core, producing clear thermal imagery with a sensitivity rating of <40mK NETD. The 1024×768 OLED microdisplay (7.8μm) ensures a sharp, high-contrast viewing experience, while the 25mm F1.0 objective lens provides a wide 17.2° × 13.7° field of view. With a focusing range from 1 meter to infinity and a diopter adjustment from -4.0 to +4.0, the system accommodates a wide range of users and operational environments.

Engineered for versatility, the Ranger 640 / OFN640+ supports multiple configurations including standalone, clip-on, and helmet-mounted use. Clip-on mode features adjustable screen positioning for proper alignment across host optics. The unit is built to withstand demanding conditions, offering an IP67 ingress rating and 1200G impact resistance, with an operating temperature range from -20°C to +50°C.

Powered by a single 18650 (3.7V) battery, the system provides up to 6 hours of runtime under standard conditions. Detection capabilities are robust, with human detection out to 600 meters and vehicle detection extending to 1050 meters.

Included in the package are seven reticle options, a preinstalled QD Picatinny mount, two helmet mounts, two eyecups, a quick reference guide, and a compact black carry pouch—delivering a complete, ready-to-deploy thermal solution.
