Shipping Policy
All orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. If the addresses do not match the order may be canceled and/or subject to additional verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason whether disclosed or not disclosed.
SHIPPING
Standard Shipping on most items other than Night Vision defaults to CanadaPost Expedited Parcel with no insurance other than the included $100 insurance. Insured options are shown upon checkout. Expedited Parcel is typically 1-10 business days depending on distance from our location in Toronto.
Lettermail and international uninsured packages DO NOT HAVE TRACKING.
Enhanced shipping options are also offered via Purolator Express with typical delivery in 1-2 business days.
DHL and UPS are also offered at various tiers with and without insurance.
By waiving insurance, Cold Harbour Supply Inc. will not follow up on any slow, missing, stolen, or lost packages.
LIFESTYLE and SOFT GOODS
Clothing, hats, and other soft goods are produced in small batches and available in very limited quantities. There will be no exchanges or refunds for any soft goods.
NIGHT VISION SHIPPING
Orders must have matching billing and shipping addresses. To reduce costs to customers, we offer customers the option to ship Night Vision without insurance. It is your sole right and responsibility to select the appropriate insurance for your own risk tolerance. We are NOT responsible for reimbursing customers who selected an uninsured shipping option but the package was lost, damaged, missing, stolen, or otherwise not received by the intended recipient.
Ready to ship items may ship within 24-48 hours of payment clearing.
Some items may be subject to a short lead time due to build queue. Please contact us if you have any questions.
In some cases Night Vision orders may require submission of identification.
With regard to all shipments, whether from Cold Harbour Supply Inc., it’s partners, vendors, or distributors; Cold Harbour Supply Inc. and it’s members are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Any order cancellations are subject to a minimum of 10% restocking fee regardless whether the item was in stock or a pre-order item. This is to cover any credit card gateway fees that are not recoverable for us in addition to any overhead and administrative penalties we are subject to from our suppliers as a result of the cancellation.
