Hoffman ANV-20/20 Infinity Focus System

The ANV-20/20 provides NVD users with a method for performing infinity focus and mechanical alignment in a portable format.

A resolution target is presented to both NVD channels simultaneously at infinity focus, allowing goggle settings to be adjusted during a single procedure. The target corresponds to the Snellen Eye Chart and supports visual acuity measurements from 20/70 through 20/20.

The ANV-20/20 also includes an eight-step grayscale target used to evaluate NVD dynamic range. Optical density increases by a factor of two with each successive step, from 1 (clear) to 8 (opaque). Covering a range of 2.5 decades, the grayscale target is used to assess NVD performance across different lighting conditions.
