The 4D Tactical SOF cap was designed an ultra-comfortable, lightweight solution for wearing NVGs or other headborne visual augmentation systems for extended periods of time. The SOF cap is a fantastic solution that fits right in between the minimalist Tracer Tactical NVG harness and a full helmet (PGD, Ops-Core, etc)
The Cold Harbour Supply Exclusive version of the 4D SOF cap includes the upgraded Unity Tactical Summit shroud instead of the 4DT shroud. An optional upgrade will add 4-point chinstrap and enhanced crown pad.
Featuring 4D Tactical's proven memory foam pads throughout the cap and a BOA fitband system, the SOF cap can be adjusted perfectly to fit any user. Designed for use without the chin strap, the SOF cap achieves the same level of comfort as a baseball cap even when fully loaded. Loop velcro on the rear and sides accommodates for a counterweight and patches/cable management respectively.
For more rigorous activities where a high level of retention is required, a chinstrap is also included but can be easily removed.
The SOF Cap is available in Multicam (with tan Unity Shroud) or Ranger Green (with black Unity Shroud).
